What is your mission?

• Lead technical engagement and collaborate with developers and project team or client on business requirement, analysis, design, developments, and testing of the products in support of business solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to clearly outline goals, metrics, functions and requirements of a module/procedure
• Ability to estimate level of effort and resources required to deliver technical solutions
• Set clear direction, goals and engage staff to translate these into personal actions
• Responsible for managing technical risks on the projects. Communicates and enforces coding standards.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members, identify the strength and weaknesses of the team members
• Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
• Adopt and/or implement processes as needed for the team’s success.
